Ab:Tech is a fully equipped studio with a creative and supportive environment. We offer private and semi-private instruction with full use of the apparatus, or try our small drop-in mat classes for both beginner and intermediate levels. We also offer great discount packages for mat class students who want occasional use of the equipment or the semi-private student who likes the occasional private session.
Located in the heart of bohemian Pioneer Square amongst galleries, boutiques, import stores and café’s, the studio is private, with lofty high ceilings, exposed brick, and a wall of windows overlooking busy S. Jackson st. and the King street station. Easily accessible by bus, or if you are driving ask for parking tokens.
