Their team of expert instructors has developed a range of group exercise classes designed to provide you with ways to achieve and maintain optimal core strength and flexibility, in conjunction with cardiovascular fitness and strengthening. (One of their advisors is a doctor to the US Olympic Team!)
Their custom-built facilities in Mountain View offer you the best environment and the latest training equipment available for cardio and strength training.Their Pilates Studio is a stunning light filled space of over 1,000 square feet. It is home to the most up to date in technology, affording our clients the best in the Pilates equipment available. It has a special beech wood floor built to our own design that maximizes comfort and support.Their Reflection Room houses state-of-the-art weight, stretching and cardio equipment. This room is used for personal workouts, circuit classes and personal training. Fitness assessments are done using the latest technology developed by Microfit systems that are also used by the US military.

Whether pumping out the kind of music which will drive you to higher levels of achievement in a high intensity class or providing a gentle flow of rhythms to support more reflective activities, their sound system is crystal clear.
